Your personal event planner
An experienced planner on hand to help
As soon as you enquire, we assign a dedicated event manager to support your booking right through to the day of the event. We can coordinate directly with your school, parent group or student committee on all the details so there’s less back-and-forth to manage on top of everything else the school year throws at you.
Award-winning event catering
Seasonal menus with something for everyone
Our catering partners Levy UK & Ireland have put together fantastic seasonal offerings for our prom nights, with a choice of a two-course sit down dinner, or a more informal street food menu which includes everything from stone-baked pizzas and a pasta bar to roast-style mains, burgers and salads. Whichever option you choose, we’ve got great vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options too, so no one has to go hungry.
